Viralskool ("Crelligence") respects the privacy of the visitors to its Website, the home page of which is currently located at www.viralskool.com (the "Website").  This Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into the Terms of Use is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any personally identifiable information you submit to us through our Website. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and words of similar import refer to Crelligence.

Our Website is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13, and do not use such information if we discover that it is has been provided.  To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 13 should not provide any personal information on this website.  We ask that parents supervise their children while online.

We control and operate this website from within the United States.  Our online privacy practices are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which may differ from the privacy laws in your state or home country.
